Andrew Day is a native Atlantan who returned in to Atlanta in 2006 after spending 5 years on Wall Street where he was involved in real estate debt originations and underwriting with GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Hypo International. During his tenure on Wall Street, he was involved in over $3 billion of real estate loans spanning the United States and Puerto Rico and a variety of property types including office, retail, multi-family and hotels. He brings to the firm a very detailed understating of financing alternatives and nuances which we have employed in our current portfolio.
